If your business requires my help, we will have an initial meeting to discuss the issues you are going through and what the pain points are.  I work with the information gained to facilitate a proposal with costings then discuss this with you.  Should we move forward with the proposal, I will then do a business visit to gain an insight into how the business currently operates and how information flows.  I will then design a workflow system that hits the desired points you require. Then I discuss the new system with you, along with timeframes for implementation. Please note that all implementation is carried out so as not to interfere with current operations.   At this point the implementation phase begins which involves staff training and employee adoption.  Gaining confidence from your employees in the new way of working is key to a successful execution of my service. As the system will be in full flow, any alterations or adaptions will be carried out.  Once we are all happy with the way the system works, we will will then have regular catch meetings to ensure that the business and it's owner are benefitting from the new way of working.
